Welcome to Scribble International Preschool. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Fees

Eligibility

  • Playgroup (Scribblers): 2 to 3 years
  • Nursery (Doodlers): 3 to 4 years
  • Junior KG (Innovators): 4 to 5 years
  • Senior KG (Creators): 5 to 6 years

Application Process

Admission requires the completion of the Admission Docket and submission of required documents, including birth certificate, address proof, and passport-size photographs.

 

Tuition & Fees

  • Tuition fees will be discussed during the counseling session.
  • Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cheque, UPI transactions.

 

No refund policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

 

2. Attendance & Absences

School Hours

  • Daycare: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Preschool: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Attendance Policy

  • Regular attendance is encouraged for consistency in learning.
  • Excused absences include illness or family emergencies. Unexcused absences may affect the child’s progress.

Late Arrival/Early Pick-up

  • Frequent late arrivals or early pick-ups disrupt the child’s routine and learning.
  • Children picked up late after school hours will be shifted to Daycare and charged an hourly fee as per Daycare rates.

Sick Day Policy

  • Children with symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious infections) must stay home.
  • A doctor’s note may be required for re-entry after certain illnesses.

Emergency Procedures

Emergency protocols including fire drills, evacuation plans, and lockdown procedures are practiced regularly. Parents will be notified immediately in case of a real emergency.

 

3. Child Safety & Supervision

Safety Protocols

  • Trained staff maintain proper child-to-teacher ratios.
  • Only authorized individuals are allowed to pick up children.

Behavior Guidelines

  • Children are expected to follow basic rules of respect, kindness, and safety.
  • Repeated disruptive behavior will be addressed with parental involvement.

Dietary Restrictions

  • Parents must inform the school of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • We aim to provide a safe eating environment for all children.

First Aid & Medical Care

  • Minor injuries will be treated on-site by trained staff.
  • In case of serious illness or injury, emergency services will be contacted, and parents will be informed immediately.

Emergency Contact Information

Parents must keep emergency contact information up to date at all times.

 

4. Communication & Updates

Communication Channels

  • We communicate through Messages, Whats app , E-mail, website updates, and direct phone calls.

Progress Reports

  • Parents will receive regular progress updates and feedback during the academic year.

Parent Involvement

  • We encourage parental involvement through volunteer opportunities, events, and parent-teacher meetings.

Complaint Procedure

  • Concerns may be raised with the Admin or school coordinator.

If unresolved, grievances can be escalated to the school management.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including photos, videos, and articles, is the property of Scribble International Preschool and may not be reused without permission.

 

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Disclaimer of Liability

Scribble International Preschool is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur despite reasonable safety precautions.

 

7. Privacy Policy

Data Collection

  • We collect personal information including child and parent details, photographs, and health records for operational purposes.

Data Security

  • All personal information is stored securely and used responsibly.

Sharing of Information

Personal information is shared only with authorized personnel and service providers involved in school operations.

 

8. Other Important Clauses

Right to Amend

  • Scribble International Preschool reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

Termination of Enrollment

  • Enrollment may be terminated due to non-payment, misconduct, or behavior detrimental to the child or school environment.
